This website is operated by TopHall Group LTD, Applewood, 10th Floor, off Ngong Road, Nairobi, Kenya. By using it you accept these terms. They cover the website itself — the terms of any construction, design or consultancy work are set out in the signed contract for that project, not here.
Quotes and estimates
Submitting the quote request form does not create a contract, and our reply to it is not a binding offer. Any figure we give before we have seen the site, the drawings and the ground conditions is an indication only. A firm price follows a measured bill of quantities and a written contract.
Guidance on this site
The service pages, location pages and articles here describe general engineering practice and local conditions. They are written to be accurate and useful, but they are not project-specific engineering advice and should not be relied on as a substitute for a design prepared for your particular site. Ground conditions, plot constraints and approval requirements vary, which is precisely why they are assessed per project.
