The engineers who answer for the work

Named people, board registrations, and the numbers to check them against. On a project of any size, knowing who is accountable matters more than knowing the company exists.

What they cover

Three specialisms, one accountable team

These are the disciplines held in-house rather than subcontracted — which determines who answers when something on site needs a decision.

  • Structural engineering

Reinforced concrete and structural steel design for residential, commercial and mixed-use buildings, prepared to Kenyan building codes.

  • Environmental engineering

NEMA-compliant impact assessment, environmental audits and management plans — the compliance layer a project needs before it can proceed.

  • Water resource engineering

Supply, storage, distribution, drainage and wastewater treatment, designed against real demand rather than assumed mains availability.

Why this matters on site

When structural, environmental and water engineering sit in one firm, a question that arises during construction is answered by someone who understands the original design intent. Where those disciplines are split across separate consultants, the same question becomes a chain of emails — and, often, a delay nobody takes responsibility for.
